Disassemble and Properly Pack Video Tutorial

Welcome to the Cabevibe Ergonomic Chair Disassembly and Return Packing Tutorial. This article will guide you step by step on how to disassemble the chair and properly pack the parts for a safe return.

Disassemble the Headrest

First, use the Allen Wrench to remove the 2 x M6*25 Screws that connect the Headrest to the Backrest. Then, remove the Block from the Headrest.

Disassemble Armrests

Use Allen Wrench to remove the 6 x M6*30 Screws one by one and remove the two Armrests. Please wrap the Armrests with the included foam to avoid loss or damage.

Disassemble Backrest and Seat

Use Allen Wrench to remove the 4 x M8*30 Screws. Please support the Backrest when removing the Screws to prevent it from falling off.

Pull the Seat out firmly to separate it from the Gas Lift. If you encounter resistance, use a lubricant to reduce the resistance or try to adjust the angle before pulling.

Separate the Gas Lift from the Center Base

Pull the Gas Lift out of the Center Base. If the Gas Lift is tightly attached to the Center Base, you can tilt the Center Base and gently tap the bottom of the Leg Tube with a rubber mallet until it separates.

Disassemble Leg Tubes and Casters

Pull out the five Casters and use Allen Wrench to remove the 5 x M6*15 Screws on the Center Base to separate the Leg Tubes from the Center Base.

Packing Tutorial

1.Pack the Leg Tubes into a box.

Place it in the picture location.

2.Put the Backrest into a plastic bag and cover the tail with protective plastic.

Place the two sponges in the positions shown in the picture, and then put the Backrest in.

3.Put the Seat into a plastic bag and cover the tail with protective plastic.

Place it in the picture location.

4.Put the Headrest into a plastic bag.

Place it in the picture location.

 5.Put Block, Screws, Allen Wrench, Casters, Gas Lift and User Guide into the same box.

Place it in the picture location.

6.Place the Decorative Cover and Center Base into the same box.

Place it in the picture location.

7.Put Armrests into plastic bag

Place it in the picture location. Please place a sponge pad before inserting the armrest.
