After receiving your product, if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us. If the issue is due to Cabevibe, we’ll cover all costs and make things right. If you wish to return the product for personal reasons, no worries—we’re here to help! Just follow our return instructions, and we’ll assist you every step of the way.

Applicable Cases

Personal Reasons

Within 30 days after the package is signed for (including the 30th day)

  • New Products (Unopened in Original Packaging)
    We accept returns for unopened products in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the product must be sent to the Cabevibe warehouse.
  • Opened or Used Products
    Since Cabevibe does not resell returned products, we are unable to restock them. For opened or used items, we responsibly dispose of the product and its packaging in an eco-friendly manner. In this case, the buyer covers the return shipping cost, and a $50 depreciation fee will be deducted from the refund.

Product Issues

We’re sorry if our product didn’t meet your expectations. If there’s a quality issue, we’ll cover all costs and ensure you receive the support you need.

Shipping Issues

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you find any damage or missing parts due to shipping, contact us right awaywe’ll take care of it for you.

Bulk Orders

Orders of 5 or more items are considered bulk purchases and are not eligible for returns due to non-quality issues. If you're planning a large order, we recommend purchasing a single item first to ensure it meets your needs. Feel free to contact us for special discounts on bulk purchases!

Exchanges

We truly appreciate your support for Cabevibe! Due to shipping times and warehouse operations, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order for the product you need.

How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return a product, please email us at support@cabevibe.com with the following information:

  • Reason for Return: Clearly state the reason for returning the product (e.g., personal preference, quality issue, etc.).
  • Photos:
    • Images of the original packaging to confirm it is intact.
    • Proof that the product is undamaged or photos showing any quality issues.
  • Order Information: Include your order number for verification.
  • Return Address: Provide your current shipping address for our records.

Once your request is reviewed and verified, we will provide you with:

  • The return shipping address.

Refund Processing

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Important Notes

  • The product must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are only accepted within our 30-day return window.
  • The return process can only be initiated after the order is fully paid.
  • For products shipped outside the continental US, all return and warranty policies are void.
